At SkyEx we take customer service very seriously and we understand the need for your issue to be looked into efficiently and precisely.

Our call centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and during that time customer service is always available. Our dedicated line is 0207 384 5555. You can also use the form on the right hand side to communicate any issue you may have and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

The most common issues that we deal with are:

  • Lost Property: The very moment you realise you have lost something is a horrible moment. We are here to try to help. Call us straight away and we will contact the driver immediately and work on a solution to get your property back to you if it has been left in the vehicle.
  • Complaints: We understand that sometimes things do not go according to plan but we are here in order to resolve any complaint you may have. Our customer service department have been trained to help deal with any issue you may have experienced.
  • Safeguarding: The safety of our passengers is of paramount importance to us. We want you to feel safe when you are in our care. We also want you to feel confident to call us in any live situation, where you feel your safety may be compromised. It is our job to look after you and our customer service team are always available to help you if you ever need it.
